1. Statutory Framework & Commitment
In accordance with Section 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, the DPDP Rules, 2025, and Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Senslyy (operated by Sixth Sense Operations) has established a dedicated Grievance Redressal mechanism to address complaints regarding personal data processing, terms of service violations, or survey content concerns.

2. Resolution Timelines (Statutory SLAs)
48-Hour Acknowledgment
Every grievance received at [email protected] is issued a unique tracking ticket and acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.
15-Day Final Resolution
All grievances, access requests, or deletion notices are investigated and resolved within 15 days (and in no event exceeding 30 days as mandated under Indian law).
3. Scope of Grievances Handled
- Data Principal Rights (DPDP Sections 11 & 12): Requests to access, correct, complete, update, or erase personal data held on Senslyy.
- Consent Withdrawal (DPDP Section 6(4)): Requests to withdraw consent previously given for account access or marketing communications.
- Fieldwork & Respondent Complaints: Concerns raised by survey respondents regarding interviewer conduct, audio recording authorization, or survey question phrasing.
- Security Vulnerability Disclosures: Reports of technical flaws, authentication vulnerabilities, or data safety concerns.
- Intellectual Property & Content Moderation: Copyright infringement notices or unauthorized content hosting claims under IT Rules, 2021.
4. How to File a Grievance
Please email [email protected] with the subject line "Official Grievance - [Brief Subject]" and include:
- Your full name and contact phone number.
- Your role (e.g., Tenant Administrator, Field Interviewer, Survey Respondent, or Third Party).
- Specific details of the survey ID, URL, or incident involved.
- Clear description of the requested action (e.g., data erasure, access request, or objection).
If your grievance is not resolved within the statutory timeline or if you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you have the statutory right under Section 13(3) of the DPDP Act, 2023 to file an appeal with the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI).
