1. Platform Nature & Software Provider Role
Senslyy (operated by Sixth Sense Operations) is an enterprise B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) infrastructure provider. Senslyy licenses software tools that allow third-party organizations, market researchers, non-profits, and commercial enterprises ("Tenants") to design questionnaires, dispatch fieldwork teams, and analyze survey data.
The platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
2. AI-Assisted Survey Tools & Auto-Coding Disclaimer
Certain features within Senslyy—including automated questionnaire generation, qualitative text coding, sentiment scoring, and cross-tabulation summarization—are assisted by artificial intelligence systems.
- Assistive Only: AI-generated survey questions, routing logic, and qualitative summaries are exploratory aids. They must be independently reviewed, pre-tested, and verified by human research professionals before deployment to fieldwork.
- No Professional or Regulatory Advice: AI outputs generated through Senslyy do not constitute legal, statistical, medical, financial, or regulatory compliance advice.
- Accuracy Limitation: While Senslyy incorporates verification safeguards, artificial intelligence models may produce inaccuracies, bias, or incomplete logic branches. The tenant researcher retains sole responsibility for final survey instruments.
3. Third-Party Survey Content & Respondent Data
Senslyy acts strictly as a technical intermediary and data processor for survey projects created by our customers.
- Senslyy does not author, sponsor, verify, endorse, or censor questionnaires authored by platform tenants.
- Senslyy does not verify the truthfulness, accuracy, or integrity of answers provided by survey respondents.
- The survey creator (Data Fiduciary) is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary respondent consents, complying with the DPDP Act 2023, adhering to local interviewing laws, and ensuring that survey questions do not solicit unlawful or sensitive data without statutory authorization.
4. Field Telemetry & Geofencing Accuracy
Senslyy's mobile client captures GPS coordinates, accuracy radii, and timestamps to assist supervisors in fieldwork quality control (QC).
Positional accuracy is subject to device hardware limitations, satellite availability, weather conditions, cellular triangulation, and operating system permissions. Senslyy's geofencing algorithms and QC fraud engine are assistive risk-scoring indicators; they should be corroborated with supervisor audio audits and physical spot-checks rather than treated as infallible evidence.
5. Third-Party Links & Services
The platform may reference or link to external services (such as Google Play, AWS S3, or third-party web pages). Senslyy does not exercise control over external platforms and assumes no responsibility for their privacy practices, uptime, or content.
