Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, authenticating via Google OAuth or email, or accessing the Senslyy web platform and mobile services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

2. Account Provisioning & Roles

Users registering on Senslyy are provisioned under specific tenant accounts with assigned Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Senslyy to:

• Conduct illegal surveys, fraud, or submit unauthorized field interviewer data.
• Collect sensitive personal identifiable information without requisite consent.
• Attempt to bypass tenant isolation security boundaries or execute malicious injection attacks.
